1. Purpose and acceptance
By activating or using EyesX, you agree to these terms. EyesX is provided as a display color-accessibility and system utility for personal use. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, correct, or cure color-vision deficiency.
2. License
The Free Access download grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use without activation. An activation key for another edition grants a non-transferable license for one authorized user and the device to which the key is bound. You may not resell a redeemed key, bypass activation in a key-locked edition, reverse engineer the licensing service, or distribute modified EyesX binaries without written permission.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
You may not use EyesX to cheat, automate gameplay, defeat anti-cheat protections, obtain hidden game information, or violate a game publisher's rules. Publisher rules and anti-cheat policies take priority over any compatibility statement made by EyesX.
EyesX does not claim approval for VALORANT. Users should not run EyesX alongside VALORANT unless Riot confirms compatibility. Features outside an approved review scope must remain disabled for that title.
4. System changes
Some optional features can change Windows settings, process priority, display configuration, or close a process selected by the user. Review each description, save work, and use reversible options carefully. Results vary by PC, driver, display, and application.
5. Availability and updates
EyesX may receive security, compatibility, or feature updates. Access to online activation and update services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Features may be changed or removed when necessary for safety, publisher compliance, or reliability.
6. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, EyesX is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every game, performance improvement, or a particular accessibility outcome. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of EyesX. Access may be suspended for key sharing, abuse, cheating, service attacks, or material violation of these terms.
8. Changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continuing to use EyesX after an update means accepting the revised terms.
